RICHARD CORBRIDGE - CIO, SEGRO
Richard became Chief Information Officer at Segro in November 2024, leading digital and data transformation. Previously Director General for Digital at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), he oversaw technology and data across 850 Job Centres and led early adoption of Generative AI across government.
With over 25 years’ experience across health, research and retail, Richard has been named in the top 100 CIOs in the UK in CIO Magazine CIO100 for the last 15 years. In 2024 Computing, Computer Weekly, Hot Topics and Marketing Weekly all listed Richard in their top five most influential leaders in digital in the UK. He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and lectures internationally on digital transformation.

GINA GILL - CIO, APOLLO
Gina Gill is CIO at Apollo and the former Chief Digital and Information Officer at the Ministry of Justice. She’s spent her career leading digital transformation in complex organisations in public sector and financial services including Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group. Known for her pragmatic, human-centred approach, Gina speaks regularly on topics like ethical AI, inclusion, and how to deliver real transformation. She’s passionate about building teams where everyone belongs and using technology to deliver great user experiences and business outcomes.

GRAHAM THOMSON - CISO, IRWIN MITCHELL
Partner and Chief Information Security Officer at Irwin Mitchell, Graham places strong emphasis on leadership, coaching and building high-performing teams. A former military intelligence operator, he brings deep cyber and technology expertise across finance, retail, manufacturing and legal sectors.
His “Lead, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover, and Learn” methodology underpins his approach to risk-based security. In 2021, he was named Team Leader of the Year at the Ex-Forces in Business Awards and is widely recognised as a thought leader passionate about education, engagement and empowering businesses through security.

KEITH PRICE - CISO, NATIONAL HIGHWAYS
Keith has worked in technology and security since 1991, across 27 countries and organisations including the US Air Force, US Army, Deloitte and DarkMatter. Now Chief Security Officer at National Highways, he brings cross-sector experience spanning government, military, pharma, biotech, transport, energy and telecoms.
Keith is passionate about mentoring, team building and mental health in tech, regularly speaking at conferences and on podcasts.

RACHEL HARRISON-SMITH - GROUP CHIEF ENTERPRISE DATA ARCHITECT, BUPA
Rachel is a seasoned data leader with over 30 years’ experience spanning data architecture, governance and strategy. As an independent consultant, she works with organisations to translate business goals into practical, high-impact data initiatives.
Following four years at Bupa and a career rooted in financial services, Rachel is focused on helping businesses embed proactive data management into the foundations of their architecture - ensuring they are not only compliant but future-ready.
Her passion lies in aligning governance with innovation, creating the conditions for AI readiness by addressing both today’s challenges and those yet to emerge.

PHIL SCULLY - VP DIGITAL & EMEA, RS GROUP
Phil is Vice President of Technology at RS Group, a FTSE 100 B2B industrial distributor, where he leads the company’s digital and technology strategy from within the Office of the CIO.
Recognised as one of the UK’s top IT leaders in the 2023 Computing IT Leaders 100, Phil brings over 30 years of experience driving large-scale transformation across some of the UK’s most iconic brands, including Costa Coffee, Whitbread, Marks & Spencer, Centrica and BAA.
Since joining RS Group in 2022, he has focused on uniting business and technology, modernising operations, enhancing customer experiences, and embedding sustainable, long-term growth through empowered teams and future-ready platforms.

Entrepreneurial Technology Consultant with CTO and PLC board-level experience. Ade has extensive experience in software and service-oriented start-ups, with a strong track record of delivering innovative solutions and leveraging new technologies to meet and enhance business needs.
In addition to being a seasoned Solution and Enterprise Architect, he holds multiple privacy and cloud security certifications including CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, CCSK and CCSP.
KAM KARAJI - DIRECTOR, CYBER SECURITY & RISK MANAGEMENT, NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE (NFL)
Kam is a cyber security leader with a unique background in law enforcement, having served as a Police Officer and Commander before moving into the world of digital risk and resilience.
Named one of the top 140 CISOs globally, he’s known for designing frameworks that blend cyber and physical security, drawing on real-world experience to protect data, infrastructure and reputation.

Since 2021 Sarah has been working with Urenco, a supplier of enriched uranium within the global nuclear fuel cycle, as their Group CIO. She has three decades of expertise in leading IT delivery teams for Blue Chip, Central Government and Secure organisations and was recently ranked 20th in the 2024 UK Top 100 CIO Awards having demonstrated her expertise in Digital Transformation, Business Change, Consultancy, Service Delivery, Programme, Project, and Organisational Management. Sarah lives in the Northwest of England on the edge of the beautiful Pennines with her family and dog!
