Accessibility at DTX London

At ExCeL London, all public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via low-gradient ramps and an automatic door. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access.

The venue has a lot of room for wheelchairs and has some self-propelled wheelchairs available for use within the venue. All of our stands have ramp access ensuring it is easy for you to speak to vendors. Wheelchairs can be hired at the venue on the day.

ASSISTANCE ANIMALS

The wellbeing and comfort of our visitors is incredibly important to us. Should you wish to bring a support animal to DTX + UCX please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Please be aware that welfare facilities for support animals are not available onsite and all owners will be fully responsible for the actions of their animal, which will need to be kept under control and on a lead or harness or in a pet carrier.

Induction loops are available if required, if possible please request them prior to the event by emailing our operations team. Additionally, some theatres have silent headsets at hand.

Live captions

Live captions and translations will be available at the event via Speaksee on the Main Stage, Data & AI Stage, Digital Workplace Stage, and Advanced Cyber Strategies Stage. Simply scan the QR code in the theatre to access!
